Our dear Kenya flew in for our friend’s Garden Party the other day (pics to post later) bearing the most delightful gifts from her recent trip to Paris. Our love of macaroons has been documented here on Cakewalk, and we were thrilled! My fave? Let’s see: my little black box of the collection sits here empty, and I am fairly certain it’s Orange Blossom. Note that the colors of the macaroons are those we used for this blog; our inspiration indeed. The gift bag is quite lovely in and of itself!





These magazines are equally as sweet. I cannot wait to carve out the time and soak in every page…

Don’t you just LOVE Laduree? Such a dreamy place...so magical, I could just live there! I’ve hung my pretty bag on my closet handle so I can see it everyday smile Mmmm...macaroons!

Ohhhh my dear friend Jen Jen!  I’m so glad my wait in line was fruitful.  I could not come back without sharing my daily sin while in Paris, wow!!  So much to choose from, the colors, the rush to order right when asked to do so.  So many options to fit in such pretty boxes. It’s a piece of heaven on earth.

Let’s see when do we get to have more Laduree goodies smile
