so many places…

So many places. So little time. So little time, in fact, that I’m quite restricted in regards to Geography. Where to go for Spring Break? If you saw my list.... Yours is probably the same. However, the husband can only swing 4 days away during this busy time at work. So, we can’t venture too far from Texas. I want cozy. Cozy Chic. Ohhhh… Motel chic. Yep. In a national park. Where we can snuggle with blankets, roast marshmallows and play games by night and hike by day.

Let’s see…

Big Sur? Nope. Husband is going to Pebble Beach for his dad’s birthday 2 weeks later.

Niagra Falls? Dying to take the kids. I want to stay here. I want to have coffee and breakfast at that little yellow metal table.




But, it doesn’t really exist. This was the set for Marilyn Monroe’s Niagra. Too far. Too bad. But, that trip is coming. 

I’ve always wanted to go here. Oregon sounds perfectly cozy. Again, too far for this trip.

Sante Fe? Would love to go. But, we go to New Mexico all the time. My eight year old is dying to put a quarter in a state he has yet to visit.

Surfing? No, we’re going for cozy. Surf trip will be this summer.

I found it! It’s here and it’s PERFECT. It’s in Sweden? Darn. Perfect; but for another time.

Glacier Park. Can’t wait to go someday (like in the Summer). I know I want cozy, but…

Got it. Park City. Done. Tickets booked. Now, if I can only find a little place like that cabin in Sweden…
