Every Spring I indulge in a little Easter treat. As a throwback to those carefree childhood days, in which I had never, ever counted a carb and fat grams were not in my vocabulary, I buy a bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs.  I don’t even share with my family.
Luckily, neither my husband nor my children have the mini egg obsession.
I, however, love them! I love the colors. I love the crunchy exterior that leads to chocolately, creamy goodness.
I try to prolong the experience for as long as possible.  I only allow myself a couple a day for about a week. When they are gone, they are gone and I have to wait until next Easter.
So, until next spring…
