This is brilliant. When I was looking for reasonably priced art to hang in my house, I shopped the New York Times photography archives to find vintage images. These still remain some of my favorite art pieces in my home. The New York Times store came up with the excellent idea to ask 5 top interior designers to pick their 10 favorite photos from the archives. These designers, Thom Filicia, Vicente Wolf, Kelly Wearstler, Laura Kirar, and Jonathan Adler—selected images reflective of their own design aesthetic.
